We are looking for EXPERIENCED cleaners with an excellent eye for detail to operate on a self-employed basis, managing your own clients that we introduce you to.
Areas we cover:
DT postcodes: DT1, DT2, DT3, DT4, DT5, DT9, DT10, DT11 (but not limited to) Dorchester, Weymouth, Portland, Sherborne, Sturminster Newton, Blandford Forum.

Your pay:
The clients will pay you typically £14ph directly by cash or bank transfer, within 24hrs of your clean, and the client supplies all cleaning products and equipment.
Benefits you get from working with us:
One Off Cleans - earn up to £20ph!
We also take on one off cleans for domestic, end of tenancy, student lets etc. If you are interested in being asked about these, the one off client will pay you £15.50 per hour if they are providing the products and equipment, or £20 per hour if they need you too. This can be discussed in more detail, if you apply.

- We visit or ideally have a video/phone call with most houses we take on, giving you peace of mind that we are setting you up in a safe working environment. And our clients are lovely, friendly people, grateful for the help you provide!
- We cover insurance wise against any damage caused when cleaning (although we hope this is a rare occurence, if ever!). Please note, in order for you to be covered by our insurance, the Client must always provide their own products and equipment. Please never take your own! And the use of bleach is not covered.
- We work to provide cover for your clients if you go on holiday, ensuring they receive a consistent service and your work is there for you on your return.
- You do not need to advertise or look for the work. We set it all up for you!

- You choose the hours you would like to work and we match clients to fit around your life.
- Your hours can then build as you demonstrate the quality of your cleaning and reliability, and the excellent level of service that you provide to the clients. You can work just a couple of hours a week with us, or lots more!
- You will visit the same clients every week/fortnight, which we find our cleaners really like. You build trust, get to know properties and settle into a stable routine.
- The Client ALWAYS provides their own products and equipment (to ensure our insurance is valid). If you ever need anything, please don't take your own - ask the Client!

What is important to us:
- Longterm commitment and dedication to your work - this work is ongoing, not just a "stop gap."
- Reliability - this is essential, because if you are not reliable, clients will ask for someone else who is, and it will reduce your hours. We can not work with unreliable people.
- Managing your own workload - we would expect you to manage your clients and if you were unable to make an occasional clean, you initially contact your client directly and offer to reschedule rather than cancel. This not only provides a consistent service to the client, but also keeps your income regular.
- Communication - we ask that you communicate efficiently with us and your clients. Lack of replies or slow contact means we will not offer you more work. Prompt communication is one of the most valued qualities we appreciate in our cleaners.
- Honesty - this goes without saying! If you have a police check/DBS, we ask to see a copy that is dated within the last 2 years. If you don't already have one, we ask if you are willing to apply for one at a one off cost to yourself of about £18 - 23. We can show you various options and how to apply for one, which could quickly increase the number of clients we can introduce you to, as many our clients insist on their cleaner having been police checked for peace of mind. Other requirements:
- You will need to supply us with a minimum of two excellent, ideally professional references.
- Your own transport is advantageous (unless you are Dorchester/Weymouth based and happy to walk/use public transport).
